For those who always travel overseas for more than 5 days, you will definitely miss your home food, neither me!!! When I was at Phnom Penh, I miss my Nasi Lemak, Roti Canai, Char Kuey Toew, Curry Mee and many more. But I found I place that can satisfy my cravings – Food Pavilion.

Located at Lower Ground, Naga2, Food Pavilion offers excellent choices of Asian Cuisines under one roof with popular dishes from Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand, India, Mongolia and many more. The best part is – it cost only from $3 onwards!!!!!

Let’s see what we ordered……

Thai Shrimp Salad – this refreshing, tangy and spicy Thai-style salad with greens, herbs, veggies and fresh shrimps all tossed in a delicious peanut dressing. Simply amazing and delicious.

Szechuan Chicken With Rice – the aromatic spices, citrus-like taste and tingly-numbing sensation made you craving for more!!!!! Totally nailed it!!!

Curry Noodles – slurpable thin rice noodles sitting in a bowl of very flavorful coconut red curry topped with prawns, cockles, bean curd, hard-boiled egg and mint leaves. One of the popular Malaysian dishes that I craving for!!!

Char Kuey Teow – the latter is stir-fried over very high heat with dark soy sauce, chili, prawns, deshelled cockles, bean sprout, Chinese chives and eggs – taste very similar to what I always had in Malaysia.

Japanese Chicken Katsu With Rice – a heaping plate of rice served with flavorful Japanese curry and topped with deep fried chicken katsu (served together with miso soup and salad) – a favorite dish not only in Japan, but all over the world!!!

Stir-Fried Mix Vegetables – this wonderful stir-fried mix dish creates flavor and excitement with just a few simple authentic ingredients. Nice!!!!
