Bon Appétit Restaurant & Café @ Oasis Square, Ara Damansara

There’s lots of restaurants and cafés in Oasis Square Ara Damansara and when comes to food, I guess all of us will have one question pop out from our mind – which restaurant to eat, what to eat, etc… If you’re looking for a restaurant that serves fine dining quality food with affordable price, look no further than Bon Appétit Restaurant & Café.

 Bon Appétit Restaurant & Café serves an extensive of range of innovative fusion and western cuisine prepared with the finest ingredients. This may sound expensive, but trust me, this is the best place for gathering, business lunch, private party, romantic dinner, as well as chill out place with friends and family. This time, I really have to thanks Foodilifecious for this golden opportunity.

Let’s get started with…….

Drinks…….

Apple Twist [RM13] – fresh apple juice and pandan extract. It might sound a bit weird but trust me, you will be surprise with the combination – great sweet twist!!!!

Entrees…….

Mushroom Bruchettas [RM8] – served with gratinated mozzarella cheese.

Chili Garlic Vongole [RM15] – little neck clams in chili garlic broth served with garlic bread. There will be a little spicy heat up your tongue after taste and if you’re not a spicy taker, this might be a little spicy for you.

Pastas…….

Chicken Confit Aglio Oglio [RM26] – extra juicy and tender whole leg chicken served with al dente spaghetti. The chicken confit tastes like an English version of salt baked chicken (Yim Kok Kai) and don’t be surprise when you tasted the chicken!!!!

Teriyaki Salmon and Mushroom Alfredo [RM32] – grilled teriyaki salmon served with mushroom alfredo spaghetti. I would prefer the salmon to cook with simple sea salt as the teriyaki sauce were quite sweet for my liking.

Mains…….

Fish Fillet and Pepper Coulis [RM27] – pan fried perch served with pepper coulis reduction, roasted potatoes and cheese sauce. The texture of the perch fish was quite special (texture slightly like Hoki but less firm that Hoki) and it is not something that you can get in every restaurant. 

Grilled Lamb Shoulder with Ratatouille [RM30] – served with light mint sauce and mashed potatoes. One of my favorite dish of the night!!!

The Great Western Beef Burger [RM28] – sunny side up, onion rings, melted cheddar, fresh salad, sweet BBQ sauce and a rack of glass of fries. I personally like the beef patty very much – juicy, tender and most important thing, no ‘gamey’ taste. Please take note that you can opt for chicken patty if you can’t consume beef and their chicken burger was really good too!!!!!

Bread and Pizza…….

Hawaiian Sol [RM30] – chicken sausages, pineapples, capsicums, and a sunny side up in the middle. 

Desserts…….

Crème Brulee [RM10] – French cream custard served with a perfect caramelized sugar topping.

Triple Play Sundae [RM10] – a unique triple layer offering of chocolate, vanilla and coffee ice cream. It has a slightly bitter taste but I can guarantee this dessert wouldn’t disappoint you and you might want for more after try!!!!

Overall Opinion:  If you’re looking for a fine-dining quality food in Ara Damansara, look no further than Bon Appétit Restaurant & Café. I’m satisfied with the food that they served and most important thing is they’re affordable!!! Besides providing good quality food, they do host birthday party, private function as well as catering serveices (within Klang Valley area). Once again, thank you Bon Appétit Restaurant & Café for having me!!
