When talking about Damansara Uptown, 1^st thing that comes to my mind is all about food and cafes -   places for food lovers as well as places for hipsters to hang out. Besides food and cafes, I think the 2^nd thought would be parking – yes, it is difficult to find parking and jammmmmmm!!

Bacon & Brews is a perfect place for bacon lovers!!!! Yes, it’s BACON. This café served fusion food which specialize in bacon – means u can find bacon in every fusion dish they served, even dessert!!!!If you’re a fan of BACON, look no further than this creative bacon themed café – located just right above SEN OF THAI restaurant. Alright, let us starts with………

Imported Craft Beers [from RM26.90 to RM29.90]

From the Left: Dark Chocolate Float [RM15.90], Japanese Yuzu Lemon [RM10.90], Latte Float [RM14.90], Dark Mocha Float [RM15.90], Uji Matcha Float [RM15.90]

Cheesy KimChi Rice [RM20.90] – modern style of KimChi Rice served with melted mozzarella cheese inside, together with quail egg and grilled spicy marinated BBQ pork at the side. This is one of the best seller dish and you can opt for spicy or extra spicy. I would recommend you to try if you’re a fan of kimchi and cheese - perfect!!

Signature Fat Rice [RM19.90] – Japanese rice infused with aromatic house specialty pork lard sauce accompanied with sous vide chicken roulade, Onsen Tamago at the side and topped with crispy friend shallots and scallions – Yummy!!!!

Creamy Bacon Carbonara [RM23.90] – creamy white sauce pasta served with Onsen Tamago, smoky bacon strip, mushroom sprinkle with parsley, parmesan cheese and black pepper. The most irresistible cheesy pasta I’ve ever tried!!!

Baby Back Ribs [350g, RM30.90] – 5 hours slow cooked imported baby back ribs, served with garlic mash potato, butter herbs toast, fresh salad, cherry tomato & choice of glazed along with sauces. You can either opt for Teriyaki Glaze with Green Chili or BBQ Glaze with Mustard. But o would high recommend to try for BBQ Glaze – smoky, sweet and tangy taste with one bite!!!!

Grilled Shrimp Pasta [RM25.90] – garlic marinated grilled shrimp sautéed with herbs & chili, then deglaze with white wine & olive, then toast with Al-Dante pasta, and sprinkle with parsley at the last. I’ve to admit that they do served a generous portion of fresh shrimp on top – Dang!!!!

BBBB Bacon & Brews Big Breakfast [RM25.90] – Delicious big breakfast platter comes with smoky bacon, BBQ pork sausage, breakfast bread, sautéed mushroom, hash brown bites, and 4 sunny sides up. 

Desserts [from RM16.90 to RM27.90] – there’s steps to order your dessert!!! **Step 1: choose your base; Step 2: select your favourite combination (all from the menu)**All desserts are freshly made upon order and it required 30 minutes of waiting time. So if you want to try out their creative desserts, please order earlier!!!! Frankly speaking, their dessert will never turn u down!!!!

Overall Opinion:  I’ve to admit that Bacon & Brews served creative fusion food which specialize in bacon. So those bacon lovers out there, if you would like to try out their creative bacon dish, look no further than Bacon & Brews. **Trust me, they will surprise you with their own creative bacon dish**. I definitely will come back for more!!!  Thank you Bacon & Brews for having me!!!
